The area shown (exclusive of the Sorenson home which is in the southeast corner of Lot 2) is the southern half of Lot 1, Block 15, Plat A on the old pioneer map of St. George. The northern half of Lot 1 was acquired by Sun Capital Bank and is now occupied by the main office of US Bank.
