The Sorenson home was sold to Sun Capital Bank at some point with the agreement that Mrs. Sorenson could live in it as long as she was alive. She lived to an age of 106!Meanwhile, Sun Capital Bank was sold to US Bank. But they didn't realize they owned the Sorenson lot until Walder May who lived in the nearby Orin Woodbury home told them about the deal.
This house was torn down some time between 2005 and 2011.
The lot is currently vacant.
