After his death in 1932, his wife Hannah remained in the home until her death in 1944. Then it passed to their son, Edward, who passed away in 1945. His wife, Lucille, remained there until the house was torn down. The home was torn down sometime after 1961. The Coral Hills Motel was built on the property sometime before 1972.
