William Burgess, Sr. was born May 20, 1794 in Putnam, Washington County, New York.Violate Stockwell was born October 10, 1794 in Windham, Windham County, Vermont to Abraham Stockwell and Vilate Gale.
They were called to go help settle Dixie in the fall of 1861.
Violate died July 21, 1880 in Pine Valley, Utah.
William died November 20, 1880 in Pine Valley, Utah.
