BIOGRAPHYDr. Silas G. Higgins was the second doctor in St. George.Dr. Higgins was a polygamist, living the principles of his religion. As a result, in 1888 he was fined $300.00 and served six months in the Utah Territorial Penitentiary. FAMILY
