After moving from Salt Lake City to Richfield to St. Thomas to Orderville to Pine Valley, Henry James Maudsley settled in 1878 on what became known as the Maudsley Ranch.The Maudsley Ranch was eventually bought by Monte Holm and became the Holmstead Ranch.
