The western band, "The Texas Ramblers", visited St. George and performed at dances in the 1940s. They also had a thirty minute radio program on KSUB in Cedar City. "The Combo" was a trio that played for many weddings and dances during the 1960s and 1970s. Leon Watson organized two bands, the "The Royal Ancient Non-Marching Band" and the "Undixieland Band" aka "4th of July Band".
