HISTORY
The Color Country Spectrum began in 1972, growing out of some previous businesses.It began daily publication on March 24, 1976.
In April 1982, the name was changed to just The Daily Spectrum.
The paper moved to a new modern facility at 275 East St. George Blvd. on On October 22, 1985.
The name of the paper was changed again to The Spectrum in July of 1994.
