The Foote Family Association of America was organized during October of 1984 in step with the 350th
anniversary of the settlement of Wethersfield by ten adventurers in 1634. Nathaniel Foote was one of
those Ten Adventurers. The Foote Family Association of America, Inc. (FFAA) is the reorganization of
the original Association of Foote descendants who trace their roots back to the early 1500's in England.
DOCUMENTS IN THE LDS CHURCH LIBRARY
When the Foote Family Association of America held their first conference in the west, they visited the LDSChurch Library on July 25, 2015. They got to see Warren Foote's journals and record books. There were six
books total (three journals, two record books, and one book of his travels across the plains) and few letters.
