BIOGRAPHYJoseph Milton "Mitt" Moody was born July 15, 1870 in St. George, Utah.Moody worked as a freighter. He also worked as a forest ranger and hunter. While so employed, he tracked down and killed a grizzly bear that had roamed Pine Valley Mountain killing livestock for 30 years. Jane passed away on 1/28/1942 and was buried in Plot B_1_20_5 of the St. George City Cemetery. Mitt passed away on July 9, 1963 and was buried in Plot B_1_20_6 of the St. George City Cemetery. FAMILY
