At 3:00 P.M. on Sunday February 27, 1938, this time capsule was placed in the cornerstone of the newly completed DUP McQuarrie Memorial Museum. There was a large attendance of County D.U.P. officers, camp officers, and members of the three St. George camps, County officials, City officials, Church Stake officials, Ward Bishops, and many visitors.PHOTOS
