He had a little farm in the Santa Clara fields. He had bees and raised celery and strawberries. The Buntings took in Grant Keate when his mother died. Joseph W. Prince bought the house and lived in it for a number of years. Lewis Pectel bought the house from Mrs. Prince. Lewis Pectel sold the house to Vivian Frost, a granddaughter of the Princes.
