DESCRIPTION

The warehouse covers 2,500 square feet. It has an 18' x 25' cooler and sorting area where sorting and packing
of fruit and vegetables is done. It also has a commercial kitchen where the jam and pickled canned goods are
made. There is a ramp for the unloading of large trucks. There is also increased parking for the market.

HISTORY

Landon & Wanda Frei bought this property from Lazelle & Florence Stucki in September of 1987.

Bryce (Landon & Wanda's son) & Kalyn Frei were given the property in March of 2007.

When the fruit stand was rebuilt and expanded in the first half of 2007, it became obvious that more room
was needed to store produce. So this 2,500 square foot warehouse was built across the street from the
fruit market. Paul Iverson was the general contractor.
