27, 2021. Prior to that time, a rather loosely defined Board directed the activities of the WCHS. The Articles of
Incorporation were amended to more closely reflect the new organization and its purposes. And newly drafted
by-laws were put in place.
The organization is now governed by a Board of Directors elected at the annual meeting of the WCHS
membership. They serve for staggered 2-year terms. The Board of Directors sets policy and oversees its
implementation in accordance with the By-Laws. The Board of Directors elects Officers to perform the legal
and administrative functions of the organization. The Officers appoint Committee Chairs to organize and
manage specific tasks or projects. The Officers and Committee Chairs together constitute the Executive
Committee which manages the day-to-day activities of the WCHS.

WCHS Community Meetings are held the last Wednesday of each month, except December. If the lastWednesday of November is the day before Thanksgiving, the meeting will be held the next Wednesday.

or of the general public who are interesting what is going on with the WCHS. The purpose is to review
