HISTORY
Construction of this tunnel began in March of 2019.The cost of the project and sources of funds were:

| $600,000 | Dixie State University |
| $2,800,000 | Total Cost |
Construction was completed in August of 2019 with the ribbon-cutting ceremony on the 27th of that month.
