The top of the photo is oriented westnorthwest. Dixie Drive is running from the top right to bottom left of the photo and ends at South Canyon View Drive. South Valley View Drive runs from the center of the photo to the bottom right corner.
The "GREEN VALLEY" letters are at 37° 5' 45" North Latitude, 113° 37' 22" West Longitude.
