BIOGRAPHY
Cory Pulsipher was sheriff of Washington County from January 5, 2011 to December 7, 2021. He retiredbefore the end of his third term as sheriff due to a cancer diagnosis and the debilitating health conditions
he experienced thereafter.
After Sheriff Pulsipher announced his retirement, a special election was held and Nate Brooksby was elected
to fill out the remainging part of Pulsipher's third term.
Cory Pulsipher passed away on May 5, 2022.
