BIOGRAPHY
Arvel Robert Milne was born in St. George.He worked for Continental Oil Company and Milne Trucking Lines.
On March 9, 1954, Arvel Milne was elected Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Transportion Clearing Association of Utah. At the time, he was President and General Manager of the Milne Truck Lines.
Arvel was the second Chief of the St. George Volunteer Fire Department.
He was active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served in the Northwest States Mission, a bishopric, high council, and stake presidency.
Arvel passed away in St. George and was buried in Wasatch Lawn Cemetery in Salt Lake.
