HISTORY
Hail's Motel opened sometime between 1942 and 1958.Sometime between 1958 and 1961, it was renamed the Sail's Motel.
It was renamed the Dixie Palms Motel sometime between 1961 and 1972 and is still in business today under that name.
Note: The original Dixie Palms Motel was located at 371 East 100 North.
