DESCRIPTION

A 4-foot plastic pipe filled with various momentos and sealed to be waterproof.


HISTORY

On April 9, 1981, during a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new St. Geoge City Hall, Mayor James Grey Larkin dropped a time capsule into cylindrical hole at the new City Hall. The hole was then sealed over.
