DESCRIPTION
This home was originally built off the road from Veyo to Gunlock before it goes down the hill.At that point, the road is headed southwest and the house was south of the road maybe a quarter mile.
John Haywood moved the house in the 1920s from that location to its present location
on the east side of Spanish Trail Drive, south of Center Street, but before the gorge.
The house has been improved somewhat, but is still there.
John Haywood sold it to John Chadburn who later sold it to his nephew, Sherman Chadburn, who still owns it.
