DESCRIPTION

The home has a lava rock foundation and orange brick facade. It is surrounded by very large and very old mulberry trees.


HISTORY

This home was built in 1919.

The home was given City Landmark status in 1986.

Dortha Stocking ran a bed & breakfast business here for a year or two around 1989.
It was called the Shady Corner Inn.

In 1994, a conditional use permit was issued to allow the home to be used as a bed-and-breakfast.
It was called the Mulberry Inn.
