HISTORY

George Crawford build the granary for Andrew Sproul.

The Hannigs had 11 children. All except for the three oldest were born in this house, with the older ones being born in the field.

BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Hannig worked on the cotton cords in the Old Cotton Factory from the age of 11 until 15. He went to work in the Moab Valley and to Cloud, Nevada. Mr. Hannig was 95 years old in December of 1980 and Sophia Prince Hannig was 89 years old (she was born in 1891). They were married in October of 1909. As of 1980, they had 34 grand children, 2 great grand children, and 14 great great grand children.
