This history of Washington County was prepared by local Daughters of Utah Pioneers
in 1950; a supplement was added in 1978.
It covers the early beginnings of the County first settled in the 1850's.
It is an excellent resource for those new (and old) to this "Dixie" Country
to help understand its heritage.
