HISTORY
The St George Building Society was established in 1917.In 1930?, the name was changed to St George Savings & Loan Association.
It then became Heritage Savings in ????.
Heritage Savings Bank sold its two Salt Lake branch offices to First Federal Savings Bank (FFUT on NASDAQ) on August 17, 1992.
In December of 1995 (effective 1/1/1996), Heritage Savings Bank sold its $20 million in deposits to United Saving Bank and then just concentrated on mortgage lending. United colocacted into the Heritage building at 95 East Tabernacle.
