Formed in the 1930s by Santa Clara Businessmen Clement, Emil, Ensign, and Norman Gubler.In 1941, they merged with the Stucki and Wittwer Trucking Company to become the Rocky Mountain Produce
Company, adding Harvey Stucki, Reed Wittwer, Don C. Frei, Arlo Prisbrey, and and Stan Ray as partners.
