(life-long Hurricane resident, teacher, counselor, historian)

BIOGRAPHY

Victor is the son of John Harvey & Hannah Crosby Hall and the grandson of Alfred & Julia Hall.

He is a native of Hurricane, is extremely knowledgeable, and has written extensively on the history of the area.

Victor passed away on March 26, 2015. His funeral was held on March 31 in the Hurricane 5th Ward Chapel
and he was buried in the Hurricane City Cemetery.
