From Old Highway 91 (Main Street) just north of Leeds, go south on the newer Babylon Road (900 East)
about seven miles to the Virgin River.

HISTORY

The Stormont Mill was established on the Virgin River in the early 1870s. The Mormons referred to the
Stormont Mill as the Babylon Mill. The mine and mill were closed in 1887.
