HISTORY

David Moss was the original owner of this lot and built a house on it in the early 1860s.

James Bunting lived in the house at the turn of the century. He had a little farm in the Santa Clara fields. He had bees and raised celery and strawberries. The Buntings took in Grant Keate when his mother died.

Joseph W. Prince bought the house and lived in it for a number of years.

Lewis Pectel bought the house from Mrs. Prince.

Lewis Pectel sold the house to Vivian Frost, a granddaughter of the Princes.
