HISTORY

The School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA) issued Special Use Lease No. 1043 to J & J Mill and Lumber Co on March 1, 1996. This allowed for an industrial development to include material storage, warehouse storage, and manufacturing of products. The expiration date of the lease was February 28, 2047.

On March 12, 2004, J & J Mill and Lumber Co., 180 North 300 East, St. George, Utah 84770, assigned its Special Use Lease No. 1043 to J & J Building Supply, 180 North 300 East, St. George, Utah 84770.

J & J Building Supply and Utah Service were merged to become Sunroc Corporation, 180 North 300 East, St. George, Utah 84770.
