The drug store was on the east side of Main Street. It was just north of the Elk Horn Saloon
and across the street from the Cosmopolitan Restaurant.
The building is no longer standing.

In 1981, Dr. Robert L. Schuyler brought a field school from Penn to carry out a survey and surface collectionof the Main Street and Chinatown area of Silver Reef. Then in 1985, he returned with a team from the
University of Pennsylvania and excavated the surface of old Case/Wagner Drug Store site.
